Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Gaucha, including catering services, delivery, and pick-up. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, online form, or direct message).

  • Payment is required in full prior to pick-up or delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • For catering orders, a deposit may be required to secure the event date. Final payment is due before or on the day of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Catering orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Pick-up and delivery orders may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • No-shows, missed deliveries, or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Delivery is available within designated areas and subject to a delivery fee.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for food left unattended.

  • For pick-up, please arrive within the scheduled time window. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • Gaucha is not a certified allergen-free kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination of common allergens (including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy).

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the order.

5. Changes to Orders

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your order, but major changes requested within 24–48 hours of fulfillment may not be possible.

  • Any additions or changes may affect the final invoice.

6. Photos & Marketing

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, Gaucha reserves the right to photograph catered events and menu items for use in marketing materials and social media.

7. Liability

  • Gaucha is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, venue access issues).

  • Once food has been delivered or picked up, the client assumes responsibility for safe handling and storage.
